The Lompoc cops got nothing better to do than increase resources to enforce the seatbelt law! I have a license, I already know what the law is.. I wear a seatbelt! I don't need stupid signs on the highway reminding me... I don't need a nanny, Manny!
Why don't the cops concentrate on real crimes instead of harassing taxpaying drivers. Let's see...gangs, grafitti, drunk drivers, drugs...increase resources to combat real problems and leave the rest of us ALONE!
