Food Critic Wanted!
over at nipper's...I don't know if there's pay and benefits..but OHH..the prestige!
here's my audition:
I ate a hot dog..it tasted like shit! no stars
I ate a steak sandwich at the Montecito Cafe..mmm..yummy! four stars
I ate some peppers stuffed with meat and mushrooms..it was good!! (except I think there was a mouse ear in there, too!) two stars
I ate at a new restaurant by the beach..when I got home, I puked my guts out! one star
I had a dream I was sucking on one of Doc Laura's boobies..YUK! minus one star
There you have it! I hope I got the job!

No No Sonny! This is how you critique a restaurant, from Nipper himself!
"The first dinner I had at the Stonehouse since the remodel was a real winner. Reservations we handled professionally and our party of four were greeted and shown to a table on the terrace near the fireplace. It was a warm evening but there were heaters nearby should a chill take over (it never did). There are new restrooms at the Stonehouse (in the past you had to go downstairs near the Plow & Angel).
Service was top-notch. The cheese flatbread (served in the bread basket) was wonderful and we asked for refills ... three times. I started with an arugula salad with balsamic dressing and an interesting addition of cauliflower florets. It worked deliciously. Then on to diver scallops for the main course which were perfectly sauteed. served with chiplote spiced sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus, and blood orange butter sauce. Others at the table had the grilled salmon and sang praise over how well prepared it was.
For dessert, a creamy chocolate pot de creme. The bill with drinks worked out to $60 per person. It seemed like a bargain to dine so well under the stars and fall in love all over again with the Stonehouse and this paradise we call home."

That's very nice Kathy, but I will never eat at the Ranch again because TY owns it! and he's a sissy! a grown man playing with teddy bears..honestly..and does Wendy know that Nipper ate a fish?? fish have feelings, too ya know!!
