Why is the Santa Barbara Chief of Police allowing bands of 12-15 year olds to kill each other on the streets of Santa Barbara? Chief Cam Sanchez should be fired, he is obviously incompetent...

there used to be beat cops around State Street..these should implemented immediately.

when I was a kid in California, we played baseball, went to the beach, hung out with friends and got into our share of trouble..however, there were consequences! The parents in these gang cases are pathetic!! The schools need to start some sports programs to deprogram gang kids away from hate and primal fears.. get in their faces.. soccer, boxing, baseball..LEADERSHIP IS REQUIRED!!

El Puente alternative school...for at risk children...educating or failing students?
