If you get busted for drunk driving, you can plead "wet and reckless"! "Ocifer..I'm wet and reclkess..bit I ain't drunk!"

The more serious problem is what to do about drunk drivers who kill people and cost taxpayers billions each year.

Carp City Councilman Joe Armendariz, a so-called tax payer advocate and Travis buddy, was busted for drunk driving and crashing his Lexus in Montecito afew years back. Now apparently reformed, he has joined the Zona Seca board.

All well and good..but we need to reach people BEFORE they get to Zona Seca..that starts with drug education in school. It is hard to get a program going in school when mommy and daddy and teacher are sauced up on cocktails all the time..

there's nothing cool about DUI..don't fall for those stupid beer or liquor ads...they want your money, that's all..like drug pushers. FACE LIFE SQUARELY AND ALL IT THROWS AT YOU AND ME.. AND YOU WON'T NEED A BOTTLE FOR THERAPY!
